My free credit isn’t being accepted?


We're guessing that's because you've added it to the wrong field. To redeem your free credit do the following: 1. Go to your profile and click on the refer & earn tab 2. Validate your number and a field below will appear 3. You'll then get a free credit to use at any class on the app and you can apply this credit at checkout The other reason may be because that particular studio does not accept free credits

Can I use my credit at the same studio?


You can only use a free credit once at each studio as it's designed to give you a chance to test the studio and see if you like it.




I’m not getting my phone verification code?


Please check your signal is 4G and if you don't have any luck please try again in a few hours! Sometimes the network can be dodgy.




What’s the difference between a promo code and referral credit?


The way to distinguish between a referral code credit and promo code is that a referral credit's first 3 letters will always be the first 3 letters of the mate who gave it to you.




I've shared my referral code with a friend but I've not received a free class?


Your friend may have activated your free credit but not booked their first class with your credit. You will only receive a free credit if they book their first class with your code.




Can I get a refund on a free credit?


Yes. If you request a refund outside of 12hrs from the class starting your credit will be added back to your wallet in the app.




The studio I want to go to doesn't accept my referral credit?


Unfortunately not every single studio allows these free credits but the majority do, so please try another studio.




How does the referral programme work?


In order to activate and use one of your £40 credit you must purchase a class.

Once you've paid for the class and that class finishes 1 of your credits will activate for you to use.

If you have a second credit stored you will need to purchase a second class. Once that finishes your second credit will activate and so on...

If you refer a friend they will need to buy their first class using your referral code for you to be awarded a free credit.
For example:

Lisa refers Jack to RIG. Jack buys a £14 class with Lisa's code. Lisa and Jack get rewarded a free credit. Once Jack finishes his class he will then have a free credit to use. In order for Lisa to use her free credit she must purchase a class. When that purchased class finishes her free credit she earnt from Jack will become active.





Class issues

What do I do if my class was cancelled?


You will recieve an email notifying you of the class cancellation and you will recieve a full refund. Please allow 7 days for the balance to be transferred back into your account.




Why can’t I book onto a class?


Looks like the class is already fully booked. Get in earlier!




I just accidentally booked a class within the cancellation period that I didn’t mean to book! What do I do?


Sorry, you’ll have to contact the studio directly to see what they can do. Make sure you always look at the cancellation policy at checkout.




I can’t buy classes at different studios at the same time?


This is something we’re working on but for the meantime you’ll need to purchase classes at different studios separately on RIG.

RIG has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Refunds requested within 12 hours of class starting are non-refundable

With a successful refund you will recieve 'Price you paid - £1' This is to protect our platform from the hefty transaction fees we pay.
